# Supplier Identity and VAT Verification

> Check a supplier before you pay an invoice. Reconciles the claimed legal name, company registration number and VAT number against the Irish CRO and EU VIES and returns an advisory RELEASE, REVIEW, BLOCK or INSUFFICIENT_EVIDENCE decision. Advisory only: it never executes or authorises a payment.

## How to pay

Paid with x402 (USDC on Base). Call an endpoint, receive HTTP 402 with the price, pay with an x402 client and retry. Invalid requests are not charged.

- Retrieve a stored result: 0.005 USDC
